Recipe import not working

If a recipe isn't importing from a URL, photo, or share extension, please include the original link or photo in your email along with a short description of what happened. Our AI handles most websites, social media posts, and even handwritten cards — but a few sites block scraping, and we're always tuning the model.

Subscription & billing

All KitchUp subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID via the App Store. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. For refund requests, Apple handles those directly — you can submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have questions about a charge or your plan, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Account & data deletion

You can delete your KitchUp account and all associated data directly from the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you'd prefer we handle it for you, just send an email from the address tied to your account and we'll take care of it.
